You can never be too skinny or too rich.
The law also has been attributed to Gloria Vanderbilt and the Duchess of Windsor, but the beautiful and witty Mrs. Paley, wife of William S. who ran the Columbia Broadcasting System for fifty-five years (1928-83), usually gets the credit for it.
